Church News
In Memory of our fellow sister, Stella Herbst, whom the Lord called home on Friday, Oct. 16, at the age of 92. The funeral service was conducted on Oct. 22. Her mortal remains were laid to rest at Bayside Cemetery to await the Resurrection. “Brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who fall asleep, or to grieve like the rest of men, who have no hope. We believe that Jesus died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in Him.” 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14 Quarterly congregational reports are available at church entrances. Please bring your report with you to this Sunday’s (Oct. 25th) meeting at 11:15 am. The youth group will be watching children in the gymnasium during the meeting.
