Dear Parents and Students,
Honor Roll: Due to typist error (me), Brady Lenius was inadvertently omitted from the A Honor Roll. Sorry, Brady.
Vision & Hearing Screening: The Health Department will do its annual vision and hearing screening on today at 9:30 for Preschool through 5th grade and vision screening for 7th grade.
Gift Exchange: Students who wish to participate in a classroom gift exchange should find a present suitable for a child of the same age and gender as they are in the $5-6 range. Gifts may be brought the week of December 21-23.
H1N1 Vaccine: The Health Department is offering a N1H1 flu vaccination here on Monday, December 14. Information from the Health Department with a registration sheet was sent home last week. This is strictly an optional vaccine.
SCRIP: There are new, updated SCRIP In Stock forms and a complete Family Order forms outside my office. If you plan to “special order” gift cards for Christmas presents, order ahead of time so you get them in time for the holidays. Also, remember to use the Best Buy Reward Zone for St Peters School if you purchase something from Best Buy. Before you check out, tell your cashier that you’d like your purchase to be applied to St. Peters School Reward Zone account.
Tuition: I know this is not the season to be thinking about more bills, but I wanted to remind everyone to keep current with their tuition payments.
Basketball: Our school played Immanuel, Manitowoc last Friday for our first home game. The B team lost 32-11, the girls lost 36-4, and the boys A won 34-21. This Thursday, December 10, we have two games at St. Mark’s, Green Bay. The boys A play at 5:00 and the girls at 6:00. Our next home game is Saturday, December 12 against First German, Manitowoc. The boys B play at 12:00, girls 1:00, boys A 2:00. Volunteers who signed up to help are Ann VanderMissen, Chris Maas, Karrie Anthony, Randy Seiler, and Kathy Steebs. We could definitely use more people. Please volunteer to help! Next Monday, December 14, our A team plays Sturgeon Bay’s 7th grade team at the middle school. Game time is 5:00.
STORM Apparel: We have quite a new selection of St. Peters STORM clothing and other goodies available for you this year. We have various sizes available to try on as well. Items will be on display in my office. An order form is included with this newsletter.
