Hello! My name is Daniel Roemhildt and I have been blessed to be the 7th and 8th grade teacher at St. Peter's since the Fall of 2017. I love working with the teenage age group and enjoy helping them transition from elementary to school to high school. As students are becoming more and more independant I want to also help them grow independant in their faith as well by being a positive spirtual role model. As the son of a former Math teacher, I also enjoy giving students a hard time in mathematics (just kidding, all students love math!)
I graduated from Martin Luther College in December of 2016- where I graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Education with an emphasis on Mathematics and Digital Technology. Since, then I was blessed with a vast array of expereinces subbing in a middle school, lead teaching in a preschool, and teaching a college class. My goal in the classroom is to make learning accessible and to show students that education and learning can be fun!
My wife (who hails from the exotic lands of New Zealand) and I enjoy traveling in our free time. Our goal has been to visit each of the states together in our lifetime (we have not made it very far...) I enjoy reading, spending time with friends, and playing board games. I hope I have the opportunity and privelege to be your child's 7th and 8th grade teacher!
